Love is a tight corset

Love is like a cheap trinket

Valuable more than the ravishing anklet.

Love is always you,

It began with a few,

When I was born with bones and sinews

Love is kids and crew.

But, then I got up from bed

I lost the sight I loved to behold

I wanted to sleep again,

Yet I could no more.

You live in me and within the sea

In my heart locked up for free.

I met you in the narrow sick room,

Lit by 🔥 fire and the feet 🧹 broom

Many walked around,

I too loitered and I found

you, but then I yield no profit

As I eat my head in my tuffet.

Had I been able to yield you

more than the heart and runes

You could come and take me

To you, but yet no more.
